AI Production

The AI Production section manages content generated by AI tools rather than filmed by a crew. The pipeline is shorter than Live Production — there is no shoot stage — moving from Scripted directly to Editing, then Qual, Approved, and Posted.

AI Production grid features

The AI Production grid has the same filter, sort, resize, search, and inline status-change features as the Live Production grid. Key differences:

No Filming, Filmed, or Incomplete statuses
No Shoot Lead assignment
No Characters panel or TAL
No Project File field
No Cooking workflow
Bulk delete available to Admin, Power User, Post Lead, Shoot Lead (checkbox-select)

AI Video Card — status transitions and notifications

Scripted → Editing

No notification.

Editing → Qual

✉Qual Reviewers, Power Users, and Admins receive in-app + email notification: video ready for qual review.

Qual → Approved

Power UserQual ReviewerAdmin

✉Assigned editor receives in-app + email notification ("Your video has been approved!"). Jessie (default group) receives email notification.

Qual → Editing (send back)

✉Assigned editor receives in-app + email notification.

Approved → Posted

Auto-stamps posted date. No separate notification.

All other Video Card features (upload, play, download, share links, delete, Frame link, notes, editor assignment, export CSV) work identically to Live Production.
