Talent Portal
Talent users have their own portal — a simplified view of Heliconflow showing only what's relevant to them: their upcoming shoots, their availability calendar, and their assigned scripts. Talent users do not see production grids, scripts they aren't assigned to, or any admin functions.
Talent Dashboard
View upcoming shoots
Shows the talent's scheduled (non-Posted) shoots with date, client, script name, and status.

Quick link to the availability calendar.
My Scripts shortcut
Quick link to the assigned scripts view.
View Script from a shoot card
Navigates to the script assigned to an upcoming shoot.
Talent Availability
View availability calendar
Month grid showing the talent's own availability, including recurring weekly entries expanded across the month. All-day entries show as solid blocks; time-block entries show their start/end window.
Mark all-day availability
Click a day, select "All day," and save.
Mark custom-time availability
Click a day, select "Custom times," pick a start/end window, and save.
Repeat availability weekly
Check "Repeat weekly" (and optionally "Repeat until") when saving to make the entry recur on the same weekday.
Edit an existing entry
Click a day with saved availability to edit the type, times, or recurrence.
Remove a single recurring occurrence
Open a recurring entry → "Remove this date" → confirm. Cancels just that one date without affecting the rest of the series.
Remove all future recurring occurrences
Open a recurring entry → "Remove all future" → confirm. Ends the series from the chosen date onward.
Delete a non-recurring entry
Open a non-recurring entry → "Remove" to permanently delete it.
Talent Scripts view
View assigned scripts list
Lists all Approved scripts linked to the talent's live-production records. One collapsible card per script, with client name.
Expand / view a script
Click a script card header to reveal the full scene table inline. URLs render as "Open link" buttons.
Download / Print script as PDF
Opens a print-formatted version and triggers the browser print dialog. Use Save as PDF to download.
Talent account setup
Setup link (email)
The link expires after 72 hours; Admins / Power Users / Shoot Leads can resend from the Admin panel.
