Posting Scheduler
The Posting Scheduler manages the queue of approved videos waiting to be posted for each client. It has two views — a queue card layout and a month calendar — and no role restrictions: any logged-in user can manage the schedule.
Queue view
Client filter
Limits the scheduler to one client. "Clear ×" removes the filter.
Add approved video to queue
Click "+ Add video" on a Live or AI track column and pick an approved production to add it to the end of that client's queue.
Set / edit a posting date
Click a slot's date field and pick a date to assign or change the planned posting date. Optimistic update — rolls back on failure.
Reorder a slot up / down
Use ↑ / ↓ to move a slot's position within its client/track queue. Slot 1 = next video to post.
Remove a slot from the queue
Click × on a slot and confirm. The queue is automatically renumbered. The Video Card remains unchanged.
Calendar view
Month navigation
Move the posting calendar by month using "‹ Prev" / "Next ›."
Drag a slot chip onto a day
Sets the slot's scheduled posting date to that day.
Day-click assign picker
Click a day cell to open a searchable popup and schedule any unscheduled slot onto that day.
Slot chip × (remove posting date)
Click × on a chip to clear its scheduled posting date, returning it to the Unscheduled tray.
Slot peek popup
Click a chip to see track, title, client, and scheduled date — with a "Remove Date" action.
Unscheduled tray
Lists all queue slots with no posting date, draggable onto calendar days.
